Welcome hockey fans, and thank-you for visiting my site!
I have been a fan of Canada's game since as far back as I can remember. Growing up north of Toronto, I managed to become a fan of the Montreal Canadiens when I was five or six years old. Fortunately one of the area CBC stations carried Canadiens games more regularly during the '70s. I realized that team won way more than the blue and white guys. Plus the fact their goalie had a cool bullseye mask.
I am a current member of SIHR (Society for International Hockey Research), have been a guest panelist for live online chats, on the Canadiens, with CBC Sports and also interviewed by the Canadian Press. Working as a syndicated freelance writer, I have also had the opportunity to interview several personalities in the hockey world.
On this site, you will find mostly articles and commentary on the Montreal Canadiens past and present. From time to time, as the schedule permits, I will be posting stories and features on other hockey related news and events.
I am also a collector of hockey cards, autographs and memorabilia and do a Toronto-area hockey card feature for Examiner.com
